Exercise Recap Week 4 {still got nuttin}

As the title implies I have nothing new for ya'll!!

We are continuing to eat better, but I have yet to get into exercising.

So I have decided February is going to be here soon and that means no more excuses!

I know, I know don't put off till tomorrow what could have been done today.

However in all reality I am really good at procrastinating!! I mean we are talking I put the PRO in procrastinate!

So February is gonna be my month!!

I will have things to report!

I will make progress!!

I will make myself proud!!
